Massage Therapy in Louisville, CO
Fifteen years of bodywork, paced to your nervous system.
This session weaves together structural integration, myofascial release, deep tissue, and Swedish massage to address chronic pain, postural imbalance, and long-held tension. What gets used depends on what your body presents with on the day.
Trauma-informed here means the pace is set by your nervous system rather than by a routine. Pressure is checked rather than assumed, and you can redirect or stop at any point. For anyone who has had bodywork that pushed past their limit, that difference is the whole point.
Fifteen years of massage practice preceded the move into esthetics, and it is still the foundation everything else here is built on.
What To Expect
- Sixty or seventy-five minutes. The longer session gives more time in the areas that need it.
- A conversation about what hurts, what you want left alone, and what you are hoping for.
- Draping throughout, with pressure checked as we go.
- Notes on what was found, and what you can do between sessions.
Aftercare
- Drink water. Bodywork mobilises a lot.
- Move gently the rest of the day rather than straight into a hard workout.
- Some tenderness the next day is normal after deep work.
- Heat helps if you are sore; ice if anything feels inflamed.
I have a high bar for massage therapy, and Samantha clears it by a mile. She has a way of connecting with her patients' bodies that reflects deep empathy and expertise. She proactively identified that I was having headaches (I never mentioned it) and solved them.

Questions
What does trauma-informed massage actually mean?
Consent is asked for rather than assumed, you are told what is happening before it happens, pressure is checked as we go, and you can pause or stop without explaining yourself. The pace follows your nervous system, not a fixed sequence.
Is this deep tissue massage?
It can be. Deep tissue is one of several modalities used alongside myofascial release, structural integration, and Swedish, chosen for what your body actually needs rather than picked off a menu.
Should I book 60 or 75 minutes?
Sixty is enough for a focused area or a general session. Seventy-five is better if you have several problem areas or want unhurried time in one.
