What this website is

This site describes the studio's treatments, prices and policies. No booking or payment happens here. Every booking link hands you to GlossGenius, which takes the appointment and the payment under its own terms and privacy policy.

The site is provided as it is. We keep it accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or always available.

Prices, treatments and availability

Prices and durations shown here mirror the studio's booking system, which is the system that actually charges you. If the two ever disagree, the booking system is correct and we would be glad to know about the discrepancy.

Treatments, prices and availability can change without notice. A price on this page is not a quote and does not reserve anything until an appointment is booked and confirmed.

Where a treatment is listed as complimentary, it is offered at no charge and remains subject to availability.

Appointments and cancellations

The studio is appointment-only, with no walk-ins, so a booked slot is time nobody else can take.

Your appointment time is reserved just for you.

• We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service cost.
• Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service.

Payment

Payment is taken at the studio or through the booking system.

Accepted: Credit Card, Debit Card, Venmo, Cash.

Fees charged under the cancellation terms above are taken using the payment method on file with the booking system.

Treatments, results and health

Aesthetic and bodywork treatments affect people differently. Nothing on this site promises a particular outcome, and results vary with skin, hair, health, medication and aftercare.

Nothing here is medical advice. The studio is not a medical practice and does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. If you have a health concern, speak to a qualified clinician.

You are responsible for telling us, before treatment, about any medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or medications — retinoids, acne medication, blood thinners and recent sun exposure all matter. Some treatments have to be adjusted or declined for your safety, and we may decline one for that reason.

Conduct in the studio

This is a solo studio and a shared quiet space. We ask that guests arrive on time, come alone unless arranged in advance, and treat the practitioner with respect. Behaviour that is threatening, harassing or intoxicated will end the appointment, and the full service fee will be charged.

Consent runs both ways: you may stop or pause a treatment at any point, and the practitioner may end one at any point.

Our content

The text, photographs, brand name and marks on this site belong to the studio or are used with permission. Please do not republish or reuse them commercially without asking first. You are of course welcome to link to any page here.

Links to other sites

This site links to GlossGenius, Google and other third parties. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, their terms, or what they do with information you give them.

Limits of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, and any dispute belongs in the courts serving Boulder County, Colorado.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the version in force, and the terms that apply to an appointment are the ones published when it was booked.
